Job Description

Play a critical role in taking a rapidly growing business in a dynamic industry to the next level. We need a process-driven, empathic, and critical thinking Customer Service Specialist to help us better serve our customers and scale our internal support processes and the team as we continue to grow

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance strong customer relationships by providing quick, helpful insights to key projects
  • Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers solve problems and grow
  • Triage support tickets, managing our first response and routing them to the proper team members
  • Manage projects end to end and prioritize projects/tickets by urgency, technical difficulty, and more
  • Identify customer needs, help customers use specific features, and lead special training projects
  • Update internal resources with technical documentation and inform customers about new features, functionalities, and training/product resources 
  • Help us streamline and automate our support processes to scale our team more effectively as we grow
  • Show composure, resilience, empathy, and flexibility as customer needs evolve
  • Become a trusted advisor/consultant to our customers by solving their problems
  • Share customer insights and feedback across Sales, Product, and Customer Experience
