Our client specializes in SaaS technology and is growing it's team very quickly across the U.S. They are seeking a proven Sales Director who is ready to take the team to the next level. If you have 3+ years of SaaS experience leading a team of Account Execs and/or Account Managers at the Mid-Market level please apply. 

Director of Sales 
Compensation: Base Salary up to $130,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions – 1st Year OTE = $200K + Full Benefits + Other Perks
  • Report directly to CRO 
  • Manage a team of four Account Executives & two Account Managers
  • Target SMB, Mid-Market & Enterprise Level (3,000+ Employees)
  • Average Deal Sizes = $7,000 - $10,000 / Bigger deals worth up to $40K
  • Sales Cycle = 30 – 60 Days
  • Target all Industries including but not limited to Financial, Gov’t, Non-Profit, Education, Healthcare etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ Years managing a SaaS team at the mid-market or enterprise level
  • Proven track record of success
  • Ability to implement repeatable processes with predictable results
  • Ability to train and develop AE’s and AM’s
  • Ability to speed up sales cycle and move team up-market
