SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Compensation:
$56,000 - $70,000 Base Salary (Depending on Experience) + Commissions – 1st Year OTE = $100K+

Responsibilities:
- Sell comprehensive enterprise solutions via prospecting and relationship building
- Identify, Develop and advance opportunities through the sales cycle through both inbound and outbound telesales activities
- Apply effective organization and time management skills to include: call volume management (both new and callbacks) and timely follow up activities
- Make outbound calls to generate leads
- Follow up on sales leads generated by marketing
- Meet and exceed your assigned sales quota and performance objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year "lead generation" or inside B2B sales preferred
- Technology sales is a plus
- Dynamic sales personality
- Background of exceptional quota attainment
- Experience with CRM, LinkedIn or DiscoverOrg is a plus
