Sales Manager

Our client is seeking an Outside Sales Manager that will be on the front line to find and develop “Customers for Life" in your region.  Through a strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude, you will be responsible for building, developing, and leading your team of professional Field Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage a team of Field Sales Reps
  • Targeting and acquiring new clients
  • Outside B2B Sales Hunter Role
  • Selling a large variety of Business Supplies and Janitorial Solutions 
  • Ability to manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage territory through monthly activity and pipeline recorded in CRM
​Requirements:
 
  • 3 or more years of successful business-to-business new account sales and with 2 additional years in sales management preferred.
  • Must have a hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial focus
  • Consultative Sales Model – ability to look at the comprehensive business to provide solutions
  • Ability to prospect, cold call, and develop new business relationships over the phone and in-person
  • Personal commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated entrepreneur who can also work effectively on a team as well as individually
  • High School diploma Required, Bachelor’s Preferred

Compensation: $85,000-90,000 (DOE) Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions &  Team Performance Bonuses
