Outside Sales Rep: (Hybrid / Field Sales Role)

Build your book of business by hunting new customers / Manage & Grow the accounts you bring on

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking driven sales professionals to join our team. This "hands-on" position will focus on prospecting and developing new accounts. Your customers will be among the most diverse imaginable as we supply packaging and packaging components to the Food, Beverage, Cold Chain Storage, Chemical, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Retail, 3PL and Manufacturing!

  • You get to spend the majority of your time outside in the field, enjoying the sunshine and calling on 20 prospective customers per day. 
  • A really cool part of the job is being involved with design and innovation and creating new packaging concepts for our customers. But then again we made a Fender guitar out of cardboard. We also made a surf board, snow board, skate board and bike, but we don’t like to brag. 
  • Improving the ROI for our customers’ packaging needs is always a good feeling. So we both win. 
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with your customers. This is part of our core purpose. In fact, many of our sales reps attend the weddings, anniversaries and birthdays of our customers. 
  • Did we mention that this is a residual sale with residual commission? Over average customer has been with us for 25 years. Imagine if every account you ever opened paid residual commission. Are you getting the picture? 
  • Work in a role that is ranked in the top 3 of importance by business leaders. 
  • Crush sales quotas. Those that only meet quotas can apply to our competitors. 
  • Donuts and coffee with your customers! We couldn’t leave that part out. 

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
  • 1st Year OTE = $75K
  • 2nd/3rd Year Reps = $100K - $150K
  • Top Reps = $300K+

What you need to have to get in the door: 
  • A record of high achievement and success
  • B2B sales experience is a plus!
  • An exceptional level of motivation, desire, competitiveness, customer driven focus, time management, multi-tasking, and project management skills
  • Experience with distribution sales, or similar B2B sales
  • Strong presentation skills and interpersonal effectiveness
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
  • A strong work ethic and commitment that will allow you to exceed your financial and professional expectations
  • Valid Driver’s License
