Regional Director

Our client is one of the largest franchisors in America. With more than 40,000 customers in 90 markets, they are making an impact helping a wide variety of industries including medical, industrial, education and retail. They are looking for a talented Regional Director to run a team of six people.

Regional Director: The Regional Director serves as the leader of the day to day operational activities of their support center to achieve maximum profitability. The Regional Director is further charged with advising, recommending and assisting the Local Support Center in the formulation of overall Company objectives, policies and plans. The Regional Director serves the primary sales role in both the dissemination of information pertaining to and the direct control of franchise sales.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales management experience preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • B2B sales experience in the service industry

  • Franchise sales experience is a plus

  • Experience training and developing a sales team

  • Experience in sales operations is a plus


Compensation & Benefits: 
 

  • $85,000 - $95,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Commissions

  • 1st Year OTE = $115,000 - $125,000

  • Medical insurance: 80% of family medical covered by the company (United Healthcare)

  • Medical/Dental/Vision starts the 1st day of the month following hire

  • 401(k): 4% company match after 90 days

  • Cell phone allowance: $50/month
