Account Executive

Account Executive - 100% Remote

With $11M in Series A funding, our client is a front runner in the EV charging industry. Due to the massive demand for their hybrid hardware / SaaS solution, they are growing their sales team. They are bringing on a handful of talented AE's to target and acquire new clients nationally. 

The AE runs the full sales cycle and will be aggressively targeting major commercial construction / real estate companies within their assigned territory. The AE will be building relationships with decision makers to retro-fit existing buildings along with installing the solution into new construction projects. 

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $100,000 - $120,000 Base Salary (DOE & Geographical Region)  
  • 50/50 Split Salary vs. Commissions
  • 1st year OTE = $200K - $240K

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative, B2B sales role with a proven track record of success
  • Experience selling into commercial construction and/or commercial real estate
  • Book of business / pre-existing client relationships highly preferred!
  • Experience selling a hybrid technical hardware / SaaS solution a plus!
  • Able to excel in a fast paced work environment without direct daily supervision
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients through lead generation, prospecting and relationship building.
  • Set appointments and demos with decision makers in person or via video conference.
  • Run discovery meetings with potential clients to determine their EV charging needs.
  • Ownership of individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecast.
  • Manage and grow relationships with clients to identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets.
  • Complete regular reports as required, including Salesforce CRM updates.
