Enterprise Account Executive 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • First Year OTE $250,000-270,000
  • (50/50 Split) Based on Experience
  • Uncapped Earnings, the variable is paid quarterly, accelerators for exceeding quarterly and annual quota

Key Responsibilities:
    1. Virtual meetings via Zoom with prospective customers.
    2. Present, Consult, and Sell Roadrunner's "Cost Savings Initiatives".
    3. Accurately maintain a full sales pipeline in Salesforce.com.
    4. Be an expert navigating the decision-making tree - (must be able to quickly understand how/who/when/why decisions are made).
    5. Build and maintain your own pipeline through cold-calling and local networking.
    6. Ability to leverage a Top-Tier Inside Sales team to acquire new service contracts monthly.
Skills & Experience:
  • Min of 5-10 years of Enterprise  SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota
  • Ability to manage complex deals and will be managing multiple personas in the client org (Marketing, Web Development and IT)
  • Account Planning and Strategy
  • Proven sales methodology experience to include Sandler, MEDPIC etc.
  • Strong discovery and outbound prospecting experience
