Mid-Market Account Executive

Our global client is expanding their U.S. based sales team looking for talented Mid-Market AE's to hunt down new clients. With Series A funding and a specialized construction SaaS technology they are positioned well to dominate!

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions
  • 1st Year OTE = $160,000 - $180,000

  • Help to grow the Americas sales team
  • Top performing AE’s make $250K+
  • 3+ plus years’ experience in sales including at least two years in quota carrying role, responsible for the full sales cycle (preferably software as a service/SaaS or IT services)
  • Must be a hunter that can generate leads, prospect and drive new business revenue
  • Proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM - ZoomInfo - Outreach.io - Gong is a plus!
  • Identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Understand service offering and speak to how to address common customer pains
  • Work closely with leadership to build and execute a go-to-market strategy and account plan for designated territory
  • Collaborate with teams on strategies and tactics to nurture and develop leads and accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, proficiency and accuracy in forecasting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Manage all information in CRM system, Salesforce.com
  • Meet or exceed quota by managing activity in accordance with the key performance indicators
  • Revenue generation from existing clients (expansion selling)
  • Work with Sales Engineer to meet all client technical requirements during demos and POC
  • Provide a smooth hand off to Customer success team post closed won
