Top 10 of Forbes Magazine's growing technology companies. They are seeking a new Inside SaaS Sales Rep to join their team!
Inside SaaS Sales Representatives are responsible for accepting inbound leads/calls to close new SMB business accounts for a variety of HCM solutions.
* No Cold Calling!
* This is an In-Office work environment

Responsibilities:
- Field all phone calls and incoming leads for small businesses looking to discuss HCM solutions.
- Must be able to analyze the needs of the prospect and quote pricing accordingly
- Maintain database leads that come in via the web
- Manage quote creation process out of database timely
- Perform personalized web demonstrations of the tools to clients to preview the software
- Work closely with and assist with setup and implementation of the technology for new small business accounts including training on system functionality and supporting first payroll
- Sending leads to assigned outside sales offices of companies over 50 employees
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Sharp entry level candidates welcome!
- B2B sales experience preferred!
- Solid track record of success
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
