Sales Account Executive

Our client provides workforce solutions to the healthcare, life sciences and technology industries. They are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive (Outside B2B Sales) to join their growing team. 

What you will do: 

• Obtain and generate leads
• Build strong networks throughout assigned territory by joining associations, networking groups and social media.
• Plan, develop and execute territory plan for assigned region.
• Conduct meetings with clients to ensure the continuous development of future relationships/partnerships.
• Negotiate contract terms to ensure a win/win outcome for the company and the client.
• Manage the maintenance of current contractors on staff by ensuring excellent attendance, resolving issues and ensuring employee and client satisfaction.
• Manage self-development and the development of assigned recruiters.
• Meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas.


What we are looking for: 
  • 1+ Year of B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to prospect new accounts
  • Ability to communicate effectively both with clients and with recruiting team

Compensation & Benefits: 

$50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
  • 1st Year OTE = $70,000 - $80,000
  • Performance based salary increases
  • Top Performers $150K+
