Strategic Account Manager – Work remotely from anywhere in U.S.
My client is part of Alpine SG, a rapidly growing group of market-leading vertical SaaS companies backed by Alpine Investors. They are seeking a proven sales/ account management professional to step into a Strategic Account Manager role within their growing team.
Compensation:
• $70-90K Base Salary (DOE) + Variable

Your Role:
You will play a critical role in taking a rapidly growing business in a dynamic industry to the next level. We need a process-driven, adaptable, and organized Account Manager to help us strengthen strategic relationships and support our customers through pivotal business decisions and projects.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Project manage strategic customer initiatives – scope and design projects, identify resources needed to deliver results, and keep projects on track
- Support onboarding process design of enterprise customers and customers in strategic new markets
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver results for customers and help them grow
- Become a trusted advisor/consultant to our customers by solving their problems
- Keep strategic onboardings and relationships on track
- Manage external vendors for product implementations
- Share customer insights and feedback across Sales, Product, and Customer Success
Experience:
- 1-3 years of account management experience or similar support, project manager, or sales role
- Strong understanding of process development and cross-functional project management
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly and manage expectations
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
- B2B SaaS and/or startup experience (preferred)
