Enterprise Account Executive

Our client is Pre-IPO customer engagement software company who grew its business by 40% Year over Year through unprecedented economic times.  This year brought new product offerings, strategic acquisitions to accelerate AI, and an expanded executive team to fuel its next phase of growth and we are looking for proven account executives to be a part of this exciting stage. 

* Work 100% remotely from home anywhere in the SouthEast region of the US.  
 
Compensation & Benefits:

•    Aggressive Base + Commission = First Year OTE 210,000-230,000K

Qualifications:

•    6+ years outbound SaaS sales experience, preferably selling CRM / ITSM/ CX technologies.
•    Proven track record of consistent quota attainment by month/quarter/year
•    Enterprise software sales experience desired
•    Selling to companies with 500 Employees+ 
•    Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
•    Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities:

•    Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
•    Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
•    Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
•    Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
•    Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
•    Initiate, develop and maintain executive level relationships and drive sales activities with key customers
•    Assist and close complex transactions and be willing to get into the trenches with the team
