You will be focused on generating & prospecting leads from companies with 500 - 10,000 employees, running the full sales cycle to close. You will also be supported by an SDR team.
3 + years of professional SaaS / technology sales experience
Experience selling to Mid-Market segment. (500 - 10,000 employees)
Experience generating & prospecting leads
Inside B2B sales experience
Ambitious and motivated to convert inbound leads
Have experience with a CRM and/or sales automation tools
Experience selling human resource solutions is a plus
Ability to work in a hybrid role from home and in an office setting
Compensation & Benefits:
$60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
1st Year On Target Earnings (OTE) = $140,000 - $150,000
