Mid-Market Account Executive

With over $20M in funding, our client is growing their Enterprise SaaS team in Santa Monica, CA. They are looking for talented Mid-Market AE's that can target C-Level Execs in the retail and E-Commerce vertical nationally. Mid-Market Account Executives must be comfortable with a 2 - 3 month sales cycle and have proven SaaS closing experience at the Mid-Market Level. 

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $75,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions + Equity
  • 50/50 Salary v. Commissions Split
  • 1st Year OTE = Up to $150,000

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the buying process for top-tier named accounts
  • Work with internal teams in building proposals, business cases to RFPs and more
  • Continually add value to leads to turn interested brands into active customers
  • Speak to value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
  • Building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of quota carrying experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience targeting retail or e-commerce accounts
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and achievement of KPIs
  • Ability to work with cross-functional client teams (procurement, supply chain, marketing and/or eCommerce)
