My client is part of Alpine SG, a rapidly growing group of market-leading vertical SaaS companies backed by Alpine Investors. They are seeking a proven project manager to join their growing team. 

Job Description
Technical Services Project Managers are responsible for leading customers through the completion of paid services projects, using a combination of management and technical skills. They are highly organized, strong communicators and have a real passion for driving successful customer outcomes. We have a complex product that requires expert configuration and integration. You’ll be the person in charge of seeing those integration projects through to completion.

● 4+ years of project management or service delivery management experience in a
customer facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
● Experience leading delivery of customer-facing technical projects from kickoff to close
● Experience orchestrating on- and offshore team resources to help solve customer needs
● Deep technical knowledge of the integration space a plus

● Create customer proposals & SOWs; maintain technical project plans, including tasks,
milestone dates and allocation of resources
● Plan and manage resources (including offshore teams) ensuring all projects meet customer obligations
● Provide timely and accurate status updates to customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
● Own and manage technical project escalations through to resolution; ensure expectations are clearly set with customers
● Maintain and foster customer relationships
● Lead the charge on hitting our quarterly Technical Services revenue goals
● Develop an intimate understanding of the company's integration (EDI & API) ecosystem; maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and industry best practices
