Responsibilities:

• Identify & source potential sales candidates online
• Set up calls for sales recruiters
• Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Driving marketing and social media efforts
• Track all daily activity and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Self motivation
• Ability to be coached
• Computer Savvy
• LinkedIn experience a plus!

Compensation:  $24,000 - $30,000 (DOE) Base Salary + Aggressive Uncapped Commissions + Healthcare Benefits (Medical & Dental) + Quarterly Bonuses 

• 1st Year OTE = $52,000 - $60,000
