Position: Account Executive - B2B Outside Sales
Location: Dayton, OH
  • $40K Base Salary + Commission (Uncapped w/ 36 Month Residuals!) = First year on target earnings are $75K+ (conservatively)

The primary focus of this position is to sell technology solutions along with other products to regional and small businesses. This is accomplished through self-sourcing efforts supplemented by our business partners and other referral sources.

Due to the outside nature of this position, you will be working from a remote office. That said, you are not alone! Your local manager and team will meet weekly both in person and virtually to ensure your success!

Duties include:

  • Actively hunt and prospect for new business.
  • Regular meetings with assigned partners to enhance product awareness and generate creative ideas and tactics to increase the frequency and quality of partner referrals
  • Developing and delivering concise and effective presentations to partners and prospective buyers
  • Providing field support to existing customers within assigned territory
  • Participating in new product and sales skills training
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned revenue target

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience in a hunting capacity. 
  • Hungry, Motivated, Energetic Personality, Someone who can think on their feet
  • Interest in technology is a plus!
  • Self Motivated - As this is a field sales position with a remote home office, this person needs to have the fire within to succeed!
