The Nurse Manager is an exciting opportunity for an RN to leverage and grow business skills, using clinical, business acumen, and relationship skills to promote a healthy, enriching environment through management of a new private duty home-care service. There will also be a business development component to the role as you collaborate with the organization’s sales team to generate potential customers. Work as a liaison to the outside community to generate new business. The role will identify, manage and evaluate residents’ needs in order to provide high quality services in keeping with the Company’s mission of “Supporting Independence at every stage of life!”

Manage a staff of up to 20 caregivers/CNA’s that encompass, hiring, training, mentoring and ongoing development, confirmation work schedules.
Collaborate with residents and their families to develop effective care plans to meet the needs of the community residents.
Work with Community Sales and Marketing team to grow visibility and patients’ census through various community outreach activities.
Provide direct patient care as required; will notify residents’ physicians of any and all emerging care needs or critical issues that require immediate attention.
